Join us for our annual tastings in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland to learn more about the current landscape of Australian wines, discover the latest releases, explore new trends, and meet winemakers and winery principals.
This year, Wine Australia’s Nordic Roadshow will visit Copenhagen, Stockholm, Oslo and Helsinki, giving local trade, media and consumers an opportunity to experience Australia’s diverse fine wines and connect with Australian producers.
In each city, we will be running:
Trade tasting
Drinks trade and media are invited to explore more than 250 wines from a range of 50 producers, some in market and some seeking distribution.
Taste Australia’s exciting and diverse styles of wine, from classic to contemporary, rogue to the refined. You’ll discover wines from some of our most renowned regions, to the lesser known.
More than 30 regions will be represented from Margaret River in the west to Hunter Valley in the east.
Oceans, Altitude and Australian Attitude master class
A new generation of Australian winemakers is leading a cool climate revolution. Embracing high altitude sites and areas with cooling coastal influences, these pioneers are producing wines that are fresh, elegant and food-friendly.
Learn about the cooling influences of elevation and the ocean, and how they create unique conditions for some of Australia’s most exceptional wines. As well as exploring the country’s climatic diversity, you’ll discover Aussie winemaking brilliance and our producers’ innovative spirit.
The master class will be presented by Madeleine Stenwreth MW in English, alongside a visiting winemaker/winery owner.
Public tasting
This is a ticketed tasting evening, which is open to all, from novices to enthusiasts, casual sippers to collectors.
More than 250 wines from 50 producers will be available to taste, some may be familiar names but others will be new discoveries. More than 30 regions will be represented from Margaret River in the west to Hunter Valley in the east.
