Fraud Reporting

Wine Australia, has obligations under the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 (PGPA Act) to ensure the efficient, effective, ethical and economical use of public resources. Wine Australia extends these obligations to clients, contractors and service providers that do business with Wine Australia.

Wine Australia’s Fraud Officer is responsible for the receipt, assessment and investigation of fraud and corruption within or against Wine Australia.

Fraud against the Commonwealth is defined as ‘dishonestly obtaining a benefit, or causing a loss, by deception or other means’.

Wine Australia takes allegations of fraud and corruption seriously and will investigate any alleged incidences of fraud.

If you suspect any fraudulent activity within Wine Australia, you can notify the Fraud Officer by completing the online form which allows you to make a report either openly or anonymously.
