Alternatively you can manually lodge a return using the 'Return Information' and 'Wine Export Charge Return' documents in your Export Summary.

An authorised person can complete these pages, sign the Declaration section on the 'Wine Export Charge Return' document, and send it to Wine Australia by one of the following methods:

• Scanning the form and emailing it to finance@wineaustralia.com
• Posting the form to Attention: Finance Department, Finance Department, Wine Australia, PO Box 2733, Kent Town SA 5071  or
• Faxing the completed form to 08 8228 2066
