The Australian Geographical Indication ‘New England Australia’ was entered in the Register of Protected Names on 23 January 2008 in response to a direction from Wine Australia pursuant to section 40ZD of the WAC Act.

on to Grafton map (Sheet SH56-06) at grid reference MN269918; then due south along the 152°15’ E meridian of longitude to grid reference MN275086 being the intersection of the 152°15’ E meridian of longitude with the 29°45’ S line of latitude;
