Public Interest Disclosures
The Public Interest Disclosure Act 2013 (PID Act) is designed to promote integrity and accountability in the Australian public sector by encouraging the disclosure of information about suspected wrongdoing, protecting people that make disclosures and requiring agencies to take action.
Wine Australia is committed to promoting integrity and accountability of all officials and of Wine Australia as a whole and to encouraging the disclosure of information about suspected wrongdoing, protecting people that make disclosures and implementing an appropriate policy for dealing with disclosable conduct in accordance with the PID Act.
