During this year’s festive period, Wine Australia’s Adelaide office will be closed and the Export Assistance Team and our inspectors will be unavailable to assist with queries.

Our Adelaide office will be closed on the following:

•    Friday 18 December – CLOSED from 12 pm
•    Monday 21 December - 8:30 am – 5 pm
•    Tuesday 22 December – 8:30 am – 5 pm
•    Wednesday 23 December – 8:30 am – 5 pm
•    Thursday 24 December – CLOSED from 4 pm
•    Friday 25 December – CLOSED
•    Monday 28 December – CLOSED
•    Tuesday 29 December – CLOSED
•    Wednesday 30 December – CLOSED
•    Thursday 31 December – CLOSED
•    Friday 1 January – CLOSED

We will reopen for business on Monday 4 January at 8:30 am ACDT.

To ensure that your applications are processed before the closure period, we ask that you lodge by the following cut-off dates: 

Lodgement type Cut-off date
Manual shipping application, product registration (including label reviews) and import certificate applications Thursday 17 December 2020 by 5 pm ACDT
Online users: shipping, product registration, associated exporter requests This will not be affected by the office closure
Online Import Certificate System applications Wednesday 23rd December 2020 by 5 pm ACDT

Online users will be able to use WALAS as usual during the closure period. However, technical support will be limited.
