Wine Australia holiday office closure 2018

During this year’s festive period, the Wine Australia offices will be closed and the Export Assistance Team and our auditors will be unavailable to assist with queries.

Our Adelaide office will be closed on the following:

Friday 14 December 2018

CLOSED from 12pm ACDT

Monday 24 December 2018

CLOSED

Tuesday 25 December 2018

CLOSED

Wednesday 26 December 2018

CLOSED

Thursday 27 December 2018

CLOSED

Friday 28 December 2018

CLOSED

Monday 31 December 2018

CLOSED

Tuesday 1 January 2018

CLOSED

We will reopen for business on Wednesday 2 January 2018 at 8.30am ACDT.

December is one of the busiest months for Australian wine exports. To ensure that your applications are processed before the closure period, we ask that you lodge by the following cut-off dates: 

Lodgement type

Cut-off date 

Manual shipping, product registration and import certificate applications, associated exporter requests

Tuesday 18 December 2018 by 5pm ACDT

Organic Produce Certificates or VI1 Certificate of Analysis submissions (include OPC or VI1 in subject line respectively)

Tuesday 18 December 2018 by 5pm ACDT

Online Import Certificate System applications

Thursday 20 December 2018 by 5pm ACDT

Online users: shipping, product registration

This will not be affected by the office closure

Online users will be able to use the Wine Export Approval system as usual during the closure period. However, technical support will be limited.
