South Australian cool climate regions outlook study
Abstract
This project seeks to collate and interpret data from the cool and warm climate wine regions in South Australia, bring together grapegrower representatives from all the South Australian regions with winemaker representatives to discuss the data and formulate a supply/demand meeting statement for circulation to the wine industry and interested parties. This statement is used to guide growers and winemakers in the determination of current and future requirements.
