How do we help you export?

Steve Guy, Wine Australia's General Manager - Regulatory Advice, provides some insight into how Wine Australia not only helps you get your wine to export markets but helps you ensure that the wine will satisfy the technical requirements of those markets once it arrives. To help you navigate this maze we publish guides to the technical requirements of all our key markets and make them available free of charge to all levy payers and licenced exporters.

Occasionally problems arise even if an exporter gets everything right. Shipments arrive at a foreign port and are rejected by importing authorities despite having the necessary documents and being consistent with the advice provided in our export market guide. If this happens to you please let us know as soon as you can because we can often help to overcome the problem and, if not, at least we can warn others not to fall into the same trap.
