Optimistic signs in US exports
The United States Export Snapshot reveals that in the year ended June 2016, Australian exports to the United States increased by 8 per cent in value to $449 million. The bottled average value per litre increased by 15 per cent to $3.88 and the value of exports over $10 a litre increased by 16 per cent to $35 million. This is good news for Australia wine in a market that holds 22 per cent of our exported volume.
