During this year’s festive period, the Wine Australia offices will be closed and the Export Assistance Team and our auditors will be unavailable to assist with queries.

December is one of the busiest months for Australian wine exports and additional export assistance staff will be on hand to keep turnaround times to a minimum. However, to ensure that your applications are processed before the closure period, we ask that you lodge by the following cut-off dates:

Online users will be able to use the Wine Export Approval system as usual during the closure period. However, technical support will be limited.
