New Head of Market Americas

Andreas Clark, Chief Executive Officer of Wine Australia, today announced that Aaron Ridgway has been appointed as Wine Australia’s new Head of Market, Americas. 

Mr Clark said, ‘I am delighted that Aaron is joining the Wine Australia team. He is a dedicated and passionate advocate for Australian wine with a sound track record in our important US market.

‘Aaron is joining us at a really exciting time, when the quality and excitement of fine Australian wine is resonating with key influencers, particularly in the United States and Canada, and we’re seeing growth in interest and sales.’

Mr Ridgway said, ‘The American markets are vital for the Australian wine sector. I am honoured to be appointed to head up Wine Australia’s Americas team and I’m looking forward to continuing to raise awareness and appreciation for Australia’s impressive wine offering’.

Aaron joins Wine Australia from Negociants USA, where he was National Sales Manager. He will commence on 18 July and be based in San Francisco.
